Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43100203) dated (1/1/1443), concerning the letter of the Ministry of Commerce No. (00950) and dated (15/1/1443 AH) And in favor of Cabinet Resolution No. (724) dated (3/12/1442 AH) approving the extension of the regulation to correct the status of violators of the anti-cover-up system issued by Cabinet Resolution No. 387 and dated (11/7/1442) for (six months) Additional starting from the date (15/1/1443) corresponding to (23/8/2021), to activate the complementary role between government agencies in motivating Saudis and non-Saudis to benefit from the corrective period and to raise their awareness of the risks of commercial concealment.
According to the ministry’s request, the union hopes that the private sector will benefit from the advantages of the corrective period and exemption from the regular penalties and their consequences. Email: (smrashed@mc.gov.sa).
